Greg Baldwin, CEO Advisor

Greg Baldwin most recently was Chairman and CEO of Baxa Corporation, a company he led from November 1997, until its sale to Baxter Corporation in 2011.  Baxa, which established itself as a leader in the medical device industry, grew in that period from just under $25 million to $170+ million in sales with over 700 employees by 2011.

Prior to becoming CEO, Greg spent four years as Baxa’s head of sales and marketing, building on 10 years of sales management and marketing experience in the telecommunications industry with Sprint and PictureTel Corporation.

Greg has an MBA from Boston University (1989) and a BA from Bowdoin College (1983).  Following Baxter’s completed integration of Baxa in 2012, Greg settled in Parker, CO with his wife Jenny, switching gears to build a private investment company focused on early-stage, innovative companies.  He currently serves on several boards of directors in the for-profit and not-for-profit areas.

A passionate outdoors-person, Greg loves skiing, cycling, fly-fishing and hiking. In his younger days he was a competitive ice hockey goalie, who only rarely flinched!
